The exercise you're able to get w/ walking further now is so important, I was wondering if there's a suitable work-around ~ have you tried wearing a pollen mask when the count is high?

HOW I AM DOING
WELL, ITS BEEN AWHILE. I HAVE BEEN TO TWO DOCTORS,ONE LUNG DOCTOR. THEY BOTH SAY THAT MY LUNGS SOUND CLEAR. SO THAT IS GREAT NEWS TO ME ,AND NO INFECTION. BUT I DID SOME BLOOD WORK AND FOUND OUT THAT I WAS BADLY AMENIC ,THAT WOULD EXPLAIN WHY I HAVE A HARD TIME WITH WALKING AND BREATHING .DON'T HAVE THE STRENGHT FOR IT. WHEN I AM SITTING , THINGS ARE FINE, WHEN I MOVE AROUND ,I FEEL LIKE I AM GOTNG TO PASS OUT. SO NOW I GOT TO GET THIS PROBLEM CLEAR UP.

HOW I AM DOING
WELL SO FAR I AM FEELING BETTER ! BUT IT WON'T BE A MONTH , UNTIL THE 25 OF MAY . I HEARD FROM DR. RADER LAST WEEK .HE SAID THAT I SHOULD BE SEEING SOME CHANGE IN ABOUT TWO TO SIX MONTHS . BUT I HAVE NOTICES A CHANGE IN MY BREATHING . IT ISN'T SO HARD ANYMORE, MY OXYGEN IS STAYING AT 85, AND THAT IS GOOD FOR ME. AND I HAVEN'T GOTTEN A LUNG INFECTION ! THATS A GOOD THING FOR ME. I HAVE BEEN GOING OUT AND WALKING ALITTLE 3X A WEEK .

- I have an idea ~ why don't you contact NTAF (link here ~ more links w/in that page) & get established w/ them? They accept stem cell transplant patients, & that would be a way to start a fundraising campaign. They helped me tremendously in many ways.

- Hey ... I wonder if you've thought about registering w/ NTAF & fund-raising after the fact? People do it in that order also, to my understanding, when medical condition didn't allow for turn-around time prior to going for trtmt.
