Yeah I Know.............It's been awhile

Well my legs have finally healed from the 2nd lipo down at ICM I have been exercising as much as possible. The bicycle seems to be the best........gets those legs and stem cells moving. Well....IT'S WORKING!!! My walking is getting smoother every day. Now I have to hit the weights to build the strength back up and improve my balance. It will come with time

STEM cells from a patient's fat tissue could be used to treat multiple sclerosis (MS), research suggested yesterday.

Tomorrow is our last day!

Today AJ and I went to ICM for a final visit. We talked with the doctor one last time and said good-by to the patient coordinator, Marcela. Then we headed to physical therapy. AJ's balance is again improved. Exercises like standing on one foot are easier this week. AJ's right side is weaker than his left, but we hope that with the treatment and continuing the balance and coordination exercise regime at home will help his right leg. He is also able to walk a little smoother since last week.

The power went out in our hotel tonight. It was raining all day today - heavy rain - and tonight the power just shut off for about an hour, leaving us in the pitch black. I wasn't sure I was even going to be able to post this tonight!
